Terms and conditions for the prize draw

1. Organizer, participation period, terms and conditions of participation

1.1. The organizer of the competition and responsible for its planning, organization and execution is Yukatel GmbH, Yuka-Platz 1, 63303 Dreieich (hereinafter referred to as “Yukatel”).

1.2. The competition runs from June 2nd, 2025 to June 15th, 2025 inclusive. The closing date for entries is June 15th, 2025 at 11:59 PM.

1.3. By participating in the competition, you expressly acknowledge the following terms and conditions. The participant confirms that he/she

• has agreed to these terms and conditions of participation.
• in the event of winning, agrees to the publication of his name and place of residence on the internet.
• does not post any comments with offensive or insulting content.
• agrees to unrestricted use of his contribution.

2. Participation requirements

2.1. Participation in the competition can take place between June 2nd, 2025 and June 15th, 2025 (closing date) on the Instagram or TikTok account of @yukatrack.

2.2. Participation in the competition is via Instagram or TikTok by fulfilling the following conditions:

Each eligible person may only enter the giveaway once per TikTok or Instagram account. Private profiles must be set to "public" during the participation period so that story shares can be tracked.

The following prizes will be raffled off in the competition:

• 1 x 2 VIP weekend tickets for a DTM race of your choice (subject to availability)

• 1 YUKAtrack product of the winner's choice (from our current range)

By participating for the first time, the participant agrees to these terms and conditions.

2.3. Participation in the competition is free.

2.3. Multiple entries are not permitted.

2.4. All natural persons aged 18 and over residing in Germany are eligible to participate. Employees of Yukatel and their family and household members are not eligible to participate in this competition.

2.5. Yukatel is entitled to exclude participants from the competition who violate these terms and conditions or attempt to influence the process in an unfair manner.

3. Determining the winners, prizes, and notification of winners

3.1. After the end of the competition period, the winner will be drawn at random from all eligible participants. The draw will take place between June 16, 2025 and June 17, 2025. Legal recourse is excluded.

3.2. The prize is one pair of VIP weekend tickets for a DTM race of the winner's choice (subject to availability) and one Yukatrack product of the winner's choice from the current product range. The tickets have an estimated value of approximately €500 each . Cash payment, exchange, or transfer of the prize is excluded. Travel to and from the event, as well as any overnight accommodation, are not included in the prize and must be organized and paid for by the winner.

3.3. After the draw, the winner will be notified via TikTok or Instagram direct message and asked for their contact details for the delivery of the prize.

3.4. If the winner does not respond to the notification within 24 hours, the prize claim expires without compensation and an alternate winner will be selected. The prize claim is non-transferable.

3.5. Tickets will only be handed over in person on-site on the day of the event. Delivery by email or post is not possible. If the winner does not appear at the event or if the prize cannot be handed over for reasons attributable to them, the prize claim is forfeited.

3.6. The tickets to be won are provided by Yukatel GmbH. Yukatel assumes no guarantee, warranty, or liability for defects in the prizes to be won.

4. Disclaimer

4.1. Yukatel GmbH's liability for damages arising in connection with participation in the promotion is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

4.2. Yukatel does not guarantee that the website will be available and accessible to participants at all times, or that it is free from content-related or technical errors.

4.3. Yukatel is only liable for damages caused by intent or gross negligence or by the breach of a contractual obligation in a manner that jeopardizes the achievement of the purpose of the contract.

5. Other

5.1. Yukatel reserves the right to terminate or change the competition in whole or in part at any time without giving reasons, especially if external circumstances (e.g. force majeure, technical malfunctions, cancellation of a DTM race) make this necessary.

5.2. These terms and conditions of participation and the entire legal relationship between the participant and Yukatel are governed by the law of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding conflict of laws rules.

5.3. Should individual provisions of these terms and conditions of participation be or become invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. The invalid provision shall be replaced by a provision that most closely approximates the intended purpose of the contract and the applicable legal provisions.

The following information provides an overview of the processing of your personal data and the rights you have under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Purpose and legal basis of data processing: Yukatel collects personal data as part of participation in the prize draw (in the event of winning: title, first and last name, date of birth, email address, country, user communication). Yukatel also requests further personal data as necessary. The processing of personal data is based on Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. Participation in the prize draw and consent are voluntary.

Data recipients: Data will not be shared with uninvolved third parties. The data of the winners of this competition will be shared with German Touring Car Motorracing Event GmbH (hereinafter "DTM") for organizational purposes.

Data retention period: Yukatel will store personal data for the duration of the prize draw. Winners' data will be retained for six years for tax purposes.

Your rights as a data subject: The participant has the right to request information from the data controller regarding their personal data, as well as the right to rectification of inaccurate data or erasure, provided one of the grounds specified in Article 17 of the GDPR applies. Furthermore, the participant has the right to restriction of processing if one of the conditions specified in Article 18 of the GDPR is met, and the right to data portability in the cases specified in Article 20 of the GDPR.
